Photography Consent

Please be aware that there will be a professional photographer at this year’s summer fair. These images will be used by Richmond May Fair organisers to share news about the fair, and to publicise our future fundraising events. Images may be used in press releases, printed publicity, used on social media and published on our website www.richmondmayfair.co.uk. They will be stored securely, and we will delete them after they are no longer needed for publicity purposes.  If you would prefer for you or your child not to be photographed, please contact the Richmond May Fair team at the Control Tent on the day.
