The Richmond May Fair (“RMF”):

1. Terms & Conditions (as set out in Attachment 1);

2. Public Health & Safety Guidelines and hygiene requirements (as set out in Attachment 2); and

3. Requirement to hold and provide the details and evidence (as part of this application) of £5m public liability insurance covering outside events.
